Whippet Behaviour Traits
The Whippet is a Medium Purebred dog that is in the Hound group. Whippets are characterised by the following behavioural qualities: Affectionate, Friendly, Gentle, Intelligent, Lively. This dog is quite energetic and needs regular exercise and play. Generally speaking, their behaviour is good with kids and they are good at adapting to brand-new environments and places. Whippets generally don't interact well with other dogs, however this can be worked with adequate training and socialisation from puppyhood. They are not the easiest dogs to train, and may be difficult for first time dog owners.
