Afghan Hound Behaviour Traits
The Afghan Hound is a Large Purebred dog that is in the Sporting group. Afghan Hounds are known for the following behavioural traits: Aloof, Clownish, Dignified, Happy, Independent. This pet has lots of energy and requires daily exercise and play. Normally speaking, their behaviour is good with children and they are good at adapting to new environments and areas. Afghan Hounds generally don't interact well with other dogs, however this can be worked with adequate training and socialisation from puppyhood. They are not the easiest dogs to train, and may be difficult for first time dog owners.
