How often should your pet be groomed?
Grooming requirements for your pet will vary depending on the dog’s habbits, breed and hair. Usually, short haired dogs such as Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors require less grooming compared to dogs with long coats like Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. As a general rule, most pet owners schedule regular grooming about once a month. For puppies and dogs who have not been groomed yet, more frequent burshing at home should be performed to get them used to being handled and to prevent grooming issues into adulthood.
