How often should my pet be groomed?
Grooming needs for your pet will differ depending on the dog’s habbits, breed and fur. Usually, dogs with short coats such as Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors need less grooming than long haired dogs such as Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. Commonly, most pet owners schedule frequent grooming on a monthly basis. For puppies and dogs who have never been groomed before, more regular burshing at home should be done to get the dog used to being handled and to prevent grooming issues as they grow up. For more information about your pet’s grooming needs, please ask a qualified pet groomer at your local pet grooming salon in St. Lawrence Ontario.
