How frequently should your dog be groomed?
Grooming needs for your dog will differ depending on the breed, hair and your pet’s habits. Usually, short haired dogs including Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors require less grooming than dogs with long coats like Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. Normally, most pet parents schedule frequent grooming about once a month. For pups and dogs who have never been groomed before, more regular grooming at home should be performed to get the dog used to being handled and to avoid grooming problems as they grow up.
