How often should your pet get groomed?
Grooming requirements for your dog will differ depending on the breed, fur and your dog’s habits. Normally, short haired dogs such as Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors need less grooming than dogs with long coats such as Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. As a general rule, most pet parents schedule regular grooming every month. For puppies and dogs who have never been groomed before, more frequent burshing at home should be done to get the dog used to being handled and to prevent grooming problems into adulthood.
