How frequently should my dog get groomed?
Grooming requirements for your dog will differ depending on the pet’s habbits, breed and coat. Normally, dogs with short coats such as Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors require less grooming compared to dogs with long coats such as Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. As a general rule, most pet parents schedule regular grooming about once a month. For pups and dogs who have never been groomed before, more frequent burshing at home should be performed to get the dog used to being handled and to prevent grooming problems as they grow up.
