How often should your pet be groomed?
Grooming needs for your dog will differ depending on the pet’s habbits, breed and hair. Generally, dogs with short coats such as Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors need less grooming compared to dogs with long coats including Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. As a general rule, most pet parents schedule frequent grooming about once a month. For puppies and dogs who have not been groomed yet, more regular grooming at home should be performed to get them used to being handled and to prevent grooming issues into adulthood.
