How often should my dog be groomed?
Grooming requirements for your dog will vary depending on the breed, hair and your pet’s habits. Normally, dogs with short coats like Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors need less grooming compared to dogs with long coats like Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. As a general rule, most pet owners schedule frequent grooming on a monthly basis. For puppies and dogs who have never been groomed before, more regular burshing at home should be done to get them used to being handled and to prevent grooming issues into adulthood.
