How often should your pet be groomed?
Grooming requirements for your dog will vary depending on the dog’s habbits, breed and coat. Normally, dogs with short coats including Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors require less grooming compared to dogs with long coats including Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. As a general rule, most pet parents organise frequent grooming every month. For pups and dogs who have not been groomed yet, more frequent burshing at home should be done to get the dog used to being handled and to avoid grooming issues as they grow up. For more information about your pet’s grooming requirements, please ask an experienced dog groomer at your local pet grooming salon in Greenlands Queensland.
