How often should your pet get groomed?
Grooming requirements for your dog will differ depending on the pet’s habbits, breed and fur. Generally, dogs with short coats such as Beagles, Bulldogs and Labradors require less grooming than long haired dogs including Poodles, Border Collies and Pomeranians. As a general rule, most pet owners schedule regular grooming every month. For young puppies and dogs who have not been groomed yet, more frequent burshing at home should be done to get them used to being handled and to prevent grooming problems into adulthood.
